Running a successful internship program since 2014

Combining Plano’s vibrant business community with a nationally-recognized school district, the Plano Mayor’s Summer Internship Program is a paid summer internship program for rising juniors and seniors attending a Plano public school or residing in Plano.

 
2024 Internship Program: June 10 - August 2

Applications for the 2024 program willopen on February 9

Student applications will be accepted until March 8 OR until 400 applications have been received – whichever occurs first.

NOTE: Your application will not be considered complete until we receive the following digitally submitted forms:

  1. Completed Intern Application
  2. Parent/Guardian Consent
  3. Capital One Consent

The two consent forms will be emailed to your parent/guardian upon submission of the Intern Application. Both consent forms require student AND parent/guardian signatures. Please check junk/spam email boxes to ensure all important messages are received.
