Please confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and can attend the required program dates before applying. Applications will be accepted from January 17 to February 18 at 5 p.m., or until 300 applications are received. Note that applying does not guarantee placement in an internship.
Students who participated last summer AND successfully completed all program elements are eligible to apply again, provided they meet all other eligibility requirements.
How it works
2. After the student submits their application, their parent/guardian will receive an email containing information along with the required forms for them to sign and return. A student’s application IS NOT COMPLETE until these required forms are received.
3. All students MUST attend the Intern Prep Day on Saturday, March 8, 2025, to be eligible for the Job Fair on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
4. All student applications undergo a blind review process, utilizing a standardized rubric to assess eligibility and ensure fairness.
7. After the Job Fair, employers submit their candidate rankings to the PMSIP director. The director then collaborates with employers to notify students of job offers and assist them with the hiring process throughout May. NOTE: Students who have not been selected for an internship will be notified no later than May 16, 2025
2025 Internship Program: June 9 – August 1
Applications for the 2025 program will open on January 17
Student applications will be accepted through February 18 until 5pm, or until 300 applications have been received – whichever occurs first.
NOTE: Your application will not be considered complete until we receive the following digitally submitted forms:
- Completed Intern Application
- Parent/Guardian Consent
- Capital One Consent
The two consent forms will be emailed to your parent/guardian upon submission of the Intern Application. Both consent forms require student AND parent/guardian signatures. Please check junk/spam email boxes to ensure all important messages are received.
